Only the rulling lord and ladies of the Makai noble houses earn this classification. Makai is made up of a continent(Matairiku) which has a mass that is hundreds of times greater than the combined area of Earth's continents. As a baby, her power had to be split into three as she had too much power and would eventually destroy herself and the land around her.

Morrigan Aensland (2/3 of her soul as an adult - full power as a baby) Not only did Jedah create this galaxy sized dimension but he constantly maintains it with his existence. This is about the size of an average galaxy (10,000 light years) and it constitutes only a fraction of Jedah's Majigen given that it's contains multiple constellations. The smallest constellation we know of, the soutern cross, streches over 13,000 light years. While we don't know the exact size of Jedah's Majigen, it has been shown to contain moons, planets, stars that resemble our sun, and even entire constellations. The Majigen, the dimesion he created, exists beyond the boundaries of space and time. He was able to create a dimension by transmuting Ozom's soul (A+). He has very powerful reality warping powers. His mind reading abilities were powerful enough to mindscrew Pyron who's essentially a sentient galaxy and he was also able to telepatically communicate with Anakaris who was located 5,000 years in the past. He provided Lilith with a "temporary form" by converting her dark energies which displays his ability to manipulate matter, energy and souls directly. Regenerated from non-existence after being destroyed due to absorbing too much power from the gate to the human world. The demon beasts had very low intellect, and controlling them would require a great amount of power.Galnan, on the other hand, could directly control the nervous system of these creatures and could control them with little power. This place, Inkai, was located even further below the world of Makai. He had a special ability which allowed him to summon demon beasts from a place called "Inkai". At some point in his life, he had as much power as Belial. Of the three, Belial is actually considered to be a S+ class demon, and is more powerful than the other two. The three most powerful beings who stand at the pinnacle of Makai, they are each the ruling head of a noble house. During his battle with Demitri, he exiled Demitri into the human world and damaged space itself (he ripped through dimensions). He had used a low powered warning shot against Demitri 100 years ago. This attack would even kill Galnan and Jedah if it were to hit them. He use's an attack called the "Scalephoton" which emits a highly compressed arrow of magic at high speed at his opponents. It was said that he killed 200 Makai nobles (A classers) with a swing of his arm. In the past, he has unsealed all four of his arms. He seals two out of his four arms to contain his power. A normal Makai being would perish the moment they come into contact with it. This barrier can stand up to one million degrees Celsius. His body is constantly covered with a thin barrier. His power is comparable to several hundred thousand Makai beasts or is equal to several hundred A class Makai nobles like Demitri. He has the strongest raw power within him. Morrigan Aensland (3/3 of her soul - as an adult) The physical strength and power of the darkstalkers is equivalent to the power of their soul, which is the same they draw for their special abilities.
